Material Options

We offer a variety of materials - get in touch to find out what colours are in stock!

As standard, we stock PLA, PETG, PETG-CF and TPU-95A. We may be able to buy-in any other special materials you require. See below for a summary of the main materials.

PLA

Best for decorative / display pieces
Many colour options
- We always stock black, white, orange, red, sky blue and marble

Semi-gloss / matte finish
Medium durability - stiff but brittle

PETG

Best for functional, every day parts
Fewer colour options
- We always stock black and white

Glossy finish
High durability - tough and impact resistant

PETG-CF

Best for functional parts, requiring extra stiffness
Few colour options
- We always stock black, grey, navy and wine red

Matte finish
High durability - stiffer than PETG, tougher than PLA

TPU

Best for flexible or compressible parts
Few colour options

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can you print a design I found online?

A: Yes! Subject to licensing terms on that particular file / design

Q: What is the surface quality like?

A: 3D Printing has some unavoidable surface characteristics - specifically layer lines, "seams", and support interfaces. These can be partially hidden through a variety of techniques, but they will always be there. However, most of these are only noticeable up close!

Q: Can I upload a photo or sketch instead of a 3D file?

A: Absolutely! Creating a 3D model from a photo or sketch is a service we offer, charged as a design service.

Q: What is the maximum print size?

A: My largest print volume is 256x256x256mm, though you usually can't use the entire volume. Upload your file and we can take a look!
